1:1 coaching offers the most support for your healing journey. This is for clients who are ready to take their self-care seriously and get the most support with implementing new tools and techniques into their daily lives to create lasting change. The techniques in this program are science-backed and evidence-based.
60-min weekly zoom calls
assignments and supplemental resources to support you between sessions
Unlimited email support during office hours (10 AM- 6PM EST)
Commit to 12 sessions with option to extend
Option to meet for 3 consecutive monthly sessions for further support, integration and maintenance
Option to meet for restorative yoga and meditation instruction between sessions for extra support

Group Coaching
Group coaching offers the opportunity to learn the tools available in 1:1 coaching while connecting with a community of individuals who can relate to the challenges of living with chronic pain. A general chronic pain group is available as well as a group specific for women experiencing chronic pelvic pain.
